Rachel Goldsmith RMT

Outdoor enthusiast, if Rachel isn’t at her massage table, she’s  mapping out the next trail to hike, hill to ski, or at the lake with her family and dog.

Rachel combines her knowledge of massage therapy, exercise therapy, and kinesiology to create personalized treatment plans for each client that are goal orientated to improve mobility, reduce pain and manage stresses of everyday life. Rachel uses assessment in her treatments to identify cause to better treat the issues at hand.

Rachel has taken continuing education courses in soft tissue release using stretching therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, concussion management and perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) massage. Rachel is also completing a Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario.

Kaitlin Horst RMT

Her love for athletics, the human body and relaxation has always been of high interest. Kaitlin believes that our bodies hold onto our mental, physical and emotional healing.  She also believes that the pressure of our fast pace lifestyles has added to the high levels of stress in our society.

Kaitlin believes that you receive the ultimate physical relief when treating your body with relaxation and therapeutic techniques. During treatment, she works off of what your body will allow and does not push it further than it is ready, able and willing to go. She believes that taking the time to awaken your body to the massage allows for your body to relax naturally, allowing for the use of therapeutic techniques and the massage to become more effective.

With her experience in athletics and health care, Kaitlin has a passion and drive to serve in the rehabilitation and rejuvenation of clients, helping them to achieve their goals in a relaxing and stress-free environment.

Christine Thorne RMT

Christine is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from Mohawk College’s Massage Therapy program. Christine has a special interest in treating low back pain, overuse and sport injuries, occupational injuries, and rehabbing post surgery.

She specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy and myo-fascial release. Christine uses a variety of techniques ranging from deep pressure to lighter techniques along with her extensive exercise knowledge to help clients in reaching their goals.

She is dedicated to life long learning and enjoys taking additional courses to improve her skills. She has currently taken courses in sacroiliac mobilizations,  shoulder  and low back dysfunction. Christine is especially interested in working with athletes to help them reach their performance goals and overcome their injuries. She has been the primary therapist for several Team Canada Powerlifting athletes. She is also an international level powerlifter and competitive horse back rider.
