Rachel Goldsmith RMT

Outdoor enthusiast, if I’m not at the clinic, I am mapping out the next trail to hike, hill to ski, or at the lake with my family and dog.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist and the owner of UWT, where my practice is grounded in thorough assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence‑informed care. I have a strong clinical focus on neck and shoulder injuries, and a special interest in supporting clients recovering from concussion and the complex patterns that often accompany it.

My treatment style blends fascial work, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilizations, deep tissue techniques, and Swedish massage. I use these tools intentionally—always guided by what I learn through assessment and by what each client’s body responds to in real time.

I’m committed to identifying the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than chasing symptoms. Whether the goal is reducing pain, improving mobility, or returning to meaningful activities, I work closely with my clients to build treatment plans that are both effective and sustainable. My approach is collaborative, educational, and centered on empowering clients to understand their bodies and feel confident in their recovery.

Kaitlin Horst RMT

Her love for athletics, the human body and relaxation has always been of high interest. Kaitlin believes that our bodies hold onto our mental, physical and emotional healing.  She also believes that the pressure of our fast pace lifestyles has added to the high levels of stress in our society.

Kaitlin believes that you receive the ultimate physical relief when treating your body with relaxation and therapeutic techniques. During treatment, she works off of what your body will allow and does not push it further than it is ready, able and willing to go. She believes that taking the time to awaken your body to the massage allows for your body to relax naturally, allowing for the use of therapeutic techniques and the massage to become more effective.

With her experience in athletics and health care, Kaitlin has a passion and drive to serve in the rehabilitation and rejuvenation of clients, helping them to achieve their goals in a relaxing and stress-free environment.

Kaitlin is on maternity leave.
