Jamie Cote, BSc., RMT

Jamie has an always positive and encouraging personality. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton. During her time at the University, Jamie was a member of the Women's Rugby Team and volunteered as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the McMaster Football team. Under the head Athletic Therapist, Jamie worked as a Sport Medicine Intern where she gained experience in injury assessments, taping and a variety of therapeutic rehabilitation techniques. In this position she discovered the therapeutic benefits associated with Massage Therapy and was inspired to continue her education at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge. As a student, Jamie worked with a wide range of clients- from athletes to persons with acquired brain injuries and now as a Registered Massage Therapist she is excited to further expand her clientele.

With her background in sport medicine and experience as an athlete, Jamie is passionate about working with athletes to prevent injury and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Jamie has also worked as a support worker with individuals with disabilities assisting them in reaching their unique goals. She has extensive experience and training in accommodating different environments and situations for children with special needs.

Wednesdays                  2:00pm- 8:30pm
Alternating Fridays    9:00am- 2:00pm
